Email sent to user and their line manager when qualifications are about to expiry (90 days allowance) to allow time to book and take another exam or else. It normally a long period of delay before booking a course and getting the certificate. So sending notification emails to the user and their line manager facilitates this process and this is important because it's a competency element of the job to have valid qualifications.
