You have asked for dividers so that similar extra data fields will be grouped together. You wished for selecting employees, contacts, proposal items etc from a drop down menu. You talked about having multi-lined fields in there, similar to the "details" field.
Well, all of them are now in place. From version 25.11.24 onward.
