When a task is created the budget for the proposal item is automatically populated for the task. If a second task is created for the same proposal item, the same budgeted hours are automatically populated for the new task, therefore doubling the budgeted hours for the project.

Can the task creation limit the budgeted hours in total budgeted hours in the Proposal Item the task is connected to?

Maybe it should allow us to assign the budgeted hours to the task during the creation process.
