Some pieces of equipment comprise several items. The new equipment form should give the possibility to add these "sub-items" and manage them separately

Implementing a QR-code system for the equipment and utilities to print labels

Add 'Assigned to' in the equipment detail - As we are able to see assigned to in the equipment list but not when we open the individual equipment detail. 2.The person assigned to, can be a hyper link to open its profile in Kompass to easily access the person/employee details, when someone clicks on the persons name. Email in an employee details: If the email can be created a hyperlink to send the person/employee an email when someone clicks on the email ID. Add filter 'expired calibration' and 'soon expiring' on the equipment page - to easily sort all the equipment according to the filer.

In equipment tab, the "Action/Export" to have the chance to apply filters to the final report

Having the facility to pre-configure an email address where to warn about Calibration/MOT due dates

Vehicles need to have some special tracking features, i.e. fuel consumption, repairs, accidents, etc. The file should be different from the rest of the equipment
