Quotes: create quotes that can be sent to multiple clients
Occasionally, we'll have to quote for different bidders of the same project. That will skew proposal graphs and hitrate once we'll accept one and abounded all the rest.

Add "Amount Invoiced" to Project Page
Add the total of how much was invoiced for the project. This would give better understanding of the "status" of a project with a simple review.
