Feature Requests

As I understand it Kompass can only manage annual leave accruals for years starting on 1st Jan. Our annual leave runs from 1st April round to 31st March. Would be ideal if we could set an Org start date for annual leave and everyone's is calculated from that date.

If possible, flagging to managers when they are about to approve leave which exceeds the accrued user hours.

When someone is recording long details on their leave, that expands a lot when viewed in the dashboard. we could collapse long details.

As above, when a leave request is submitted, it would be useful to see it in the schedule. This would make it easier for managers to identify clashes prior to approval and also give the PMs/schedulers advance notice so they can try and move the work around to accommodate.

Being able to add half day Holidays/ Bank Holidays on the API Admin

I would like to work just in the mornings for 2-3 weeks during Summer time. It would be great if Kompass could allow you to select from a specific period of time if it is just for the whole day or half days.

Could we get an AM or PM box to select when requesting leave, and for this to be also added in the schedule as "Leave AM" or "leave PM"?
